My trip to New England did not go as planned. Two days in, I had a fall resulting in a broken elbow and shoulder, but the good thing is I didn’t hit my head. Silver linings. I did get to eat lobster and clams steamed in ocean water before I flew home. Delicious! As you all know, our annual fundraiser, our Service Auction, will be held November 6, with a pot luck dinner beforehand. The Boutique, a product of hard work by Eva, is back by popular demand. There are many things to choose from at such great prices. Lots of stocking stuffers for family. Don’t overlook this awesome little store set up in our library. Please plan to come and be prepared to bid on the many items donated, including various baskets filled with lots of different goodies, dinners with different themes, sermons by our ministers with the topic of your choice, and even a day trip to the Wichita Mountains. The holidays are beginning, with Thanksgiving later this month. I hope you are able to be with family or friends on that day of feasting and football!Happy November,
